Q. When will I receive my product?

A. You can expect to receive your order via USPS within 5-10 business days in the U.S. or within 14 business days via DHL if you live outside of the U.S.

Q. How can I request a refund?

A. Please contact the support team at [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order and they will be able to process your refund for you quickly and easily. Once you talk to them, they’ll let you know to ship your bottles back (even if they’re empty!) and as soon as we get them we’ll issue a full refund.

In order to identify your returned product, the correct order number must be included and the return address must match the delivery address. If this information is not included or incorrect, we will not be able to link your return with the order. Please keep your shipping receipt for reference.
